About WOW Resorts
WOW Resorts is a US developer led by co-founders and co-CEOs Anwar Ali Aman and Bhupender "Bruce" Patel. In November 2023 it signed with Marriott International for its UAE flagship, its first project in the northern Emirates.
The $1.3 billion JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort and Residences will combine 300 guestrooms and 524 residences with seven dining venues, a spa and pools. It is designed by Ashai Design with Architecture Design Unit.
Uno Luxe, launched in January 2025, adds 89 furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments designed by Tony Ashai. Both projects are listed for handover in Q4 2027.
