About Dubai Properties
Dubai Properties was founded in 2002 and is a member of the Dubai Holding group. Its best-known project is Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR): launched in 2002 and completed in 2010, the 1.7 km waterfront community has 40 towers — 35 residential and 5 hotels — with 6,917 apartments and around 15,000 residents, in six clusters: Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan. The Walk at JBR, completed in 2007, became a popular seafront promenade.
In Business Bay, Dubai Properties built Executive Towers, Bay Avenue and Bay Square, and on the creek it developed Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor in Culture Village. Its later projects include 1/JBR, a boutique tower on the JBR seafront.
In Dubailand the company created large family communities: Mudon with its Arabella, Rahat and Mudon Al Ranim phases and Mudon Views apartments; Villanova with La Rosa, La Violeta, Amaranta and La Tilia townhouses; Serena with Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva; and Remraam with the Al Ramth apartments.
