About Binghatti

Binghatti was founded in Dubai in 2008 by the BinGhatti family — Hussain, Muhammad and Ahmed BinGhatti. Today Binghatti Holding is a private Emirati company headquartered on Sheikh Zayed Road, chaired by Muhammad BinGhatti, an architect by training, with Ahmed BinGhatti as Vice-Chairman. The group works across real estate, hospitality and construction.

Binghatti built its reputation in Jumeirah Village Circle, where it completed a long series of residential buildings — Binghatti Rose, Crescent, Crest, Luna, Nova, Amber, Azure, Emerald, Gardenia, Tulip, Venus, Royale and many more — and in Al Jaddaf, Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubailand. Its distinctive facades have become the brand's signature — the company describes its buildings as “hyper-properties” with iconic architecture.

From 2022 Binghatti moved into branded super-luxury. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay, announced in November 2022, is planned at 557 m and 104 floors as the tallest residential tower in the world. Bugatti Residences by Binghatti (announced 2023) is presented as the first Bugatti-branded residence, and Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti (announced 2024) follows in Downtown Dubai.

Binghatti finances part of its growth on capital markets: in 2025 it issued a USD 500 million sukuk listed on Nasdaq Dubai and the London Stock Exchange. New launches include Binghatti Skyrise, Skyblade, Aquarise, the Maybach and Vision towers near Meydan, Binghatti Hills in Dubai Science Park and the Tilal Binghatti villas.
