About Ellington Properties

Ellington Properties was co-founded by Elie Naaman (Co-Founder and CEO), Robert D. Booth (Co-Founder and Managing Director) and Joseph Thomas. From the start the company positioned itself as a design-led developer — building residences “for those who truly appreciate design” — and has been recognised with awards such as Leading Design-led Property Development Company.

Ellington's first buildings were boutique residences in Jumeirah Village Circle and Triangle: the Belgravia series, Belgravia Heights, Belgravia Square, Eaton Place, Harrington House, Wilton Terraces, Somerset Mews, The Sloane, Hamilton House and Oakley Square Residences. It followed with DT1 in Downtown Dubai, Ellington Beach House on Palm Jumeirah and Kensington Waters and Berkeley Place in MBR City.

The next generation of projects moved into prime locations: Ellington House I–IV in Dubai Hills Estate, Upper House in JLT, Art Bay in Culture Village, The Crestmark, The Quayside and One River Point in Business Bay, Claydon House, Riverton House, Belmore and The Highgrove in Meydan Horizon, and villa communities such as The Sanctuary, The Watercrest and The Lakeshore in MBR City.

Most recently Ellington has launched waterfront residences — Ocean House on Palm Jumeirah, Ellington Cove, Ellington Sands and The Meriva Collection on Dubai Islands, and Portside Square in Mina Rashid — and has expanded to Ras Al Khaimah with Costa Mare, Soto Grande, Playa del Sol and Porto Playa.
