About ALAIN
ALAIN is an Abu Dhabi-based group active in investments, real estate, hospitality and education. Its residential projects are built with hotel brands, following earlier partnerships with Address Hotels and Resorts and Vida.
On Saadiyat Island it develops Vida Residences, the first Vida-branded homes in Abu Dhabi with 121 furnished apartments, due by the end of 2027, and Four Seasons Private Residences, 56 villas and 60 suites set to welcome owners in 2029.
In Abu Dhabi's Rabdan area it built Mangrove Village, a villa community set among natural mangroves. In November 2025 it launched Rove Home Meydan Horizon in Dubai, its first Rove-branded project, with 190 furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments.
