About the project.
Manchester City Yas Residences is located on Yas Canal, next to Yas Island. The community covers 1.67 million square metres and will include more than 2,000 homes. Construction is underway, with phased handovers starting in 2029.
A football-inspired lifestyle.
The master plan includes a dedicated park, a training academy, football pitches, tennis and basketball courts, and modern fitness facilities. Pep Guardiola has been named the project's brand ambassador.
What phase two offers.
The new release includes two- and three-bedroom townhouses, duplex villas, and four- and five-bedroom villas. Sales opened on 19 October. The average price of a two-bedroom townhouse is around AED 3.75 million.
