About Zoya Developments
Zoya Developments entered the UAE in July 2024 with a plan to invest more than AED 2 billion over three years. Its first Dubai project was Pristine in Al Furjan.
Miorah became its first project in Dubai South, followed by Calisi, where construction began one month after launch, and Elinor, a AED 110 million project that the company says sold out in two weeks.
Zoya also builds Elanora, Seraya and Mirari in Dubai Industrial City and Izel, Nuve and Aelin in DLRC; Elvora in DLRC was launched in October 2026.
