About ZāZEN Properties
ZāZEN's first project, ZāZEN One in Jumeirah Village Triangle, began handover in January 2022. Its 86 homes include apartments and duplexes, and rooftop solar panels supply about a quarter of the building's electricity.
ZāZEN Gardens in Al Furjan followed, with 159 homes and LEED Gold rating, planned for handover in April 2024; ZāZEN Ivy, also in Al Furjan, sold out.
The Hub Residences, a ten-storey LEED-certified building with 105 homes about 150 metres from Al Furjan metro station, was launched in December 2024 for handover in Q1 2027.
