About Zaya
Zaya is led by CEO and co-founder Nadia Zaal. Its first project, Nurai Island about 4 km from Saadiyat, was announced in 2008 with 31 beachfront estates, 50 water villas and a 60-room resort.
Gulf News reported the value of the Nurai Island development at AED 3 billion when it was announced in 2008.
