About UniEstate Properties
UniEstate Properties was founded in 1995 and marked 30 years in 2025 by opening a sales centre in Downtown Dubai. According to the company, its earlier portfolio includes Prime Tower in JVC, Sports Tower in Dubai Sports City and Millennium Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Its flagship Playa Viva is a waterfront apartment project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, near the planned Wynn resort. In Dubai, Oasis Lofts in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Supreme Residence in Arjan are sold out, and Carmel Residences is a 46-home building in JVC District 13.
In 2026 UniEstate acquired a 3,000 m² plot on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi for a residential community, as part of an expansion into the capital.
