About Tiger Properties
Tiger Group was established in 1976 and started in Sharjah as a construction company, founded by engineer Waleed Mohammad Taha. Over the decades it grew into a group with businesses in contracting, hospitality, health clubs, industries and facility management, with Tiger Properties as its real estate developer.
Tiger's earlier towers were built in Dubai and Sharjah — in Dubai among others Marina Pinnacle in Dubai Marina, O2 Tower in Jumeirah Village Circle and V Tower in Dubailand Residence Complex.
In recent years Tiger has focused on Jumeirah Village Triangle and Business Bay: Nobles Tower, Cloud Towers — a 29-storey twin-tower development handed over in October 2025 — Seslia, Guzel Towers, Red Square, Altai, Elbrus, Volga and Lilium towers, Ananda Residences in Motor City and the Tiger Sky Tower in Business Bay.
