Over its first decade it delivered Dragon Views and Tabeer 1 in International City and V2 in Dubai Sports City. 48 Parkside in Arjan and 99 Park Place in JVC were scheduled for handover in 2024.
In 2024 the developer broke ground on Parkside Boulevard in Arjan, a mixed-use building with 165 apartments and six retail units due in Q4 2026. Its newer JVC project, 368 Park Lane, started construction in March 2026 for handover in Q3 2028.
