Ohana Development is led by CEO Eng. Husein Salem and is based in Abu Dhabi. In 2023 its first UAE project, Ohana by the Sea near the Dubai–Ghantoot border with more than 100 villas, sold out in under 30 days.
In May 2024 it launched ELIE SAAB Waterfront, the first branded residence on Al Reem Island — 174 units on 39 floors; construction began in March 2025. Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living in Al Jurf was announced in January 2025.
In January 2026 Ohana announced Manchester City Yas Residences on Yas Canal, which, according to the company, achieved AED 6 billion in sales within 72 hours.
