About Lincoln Star Real Estate Development
Lincoln Star Real Estate Development broke ground on its first project, Lincoln Star Residence in Dubai South, in October 2024. The 48-unit building near Al Maktoum International Airport mixes townhouses, studios and one- and two-bedroom homes.
In July 2025 the same founding team launched Lincoln Star Residence II in Dubai South, with studios to three-bedroom duplexes of 37 to almost 200 sq m; that launch was announced under the Lincoln Rise Real Estate Development name.
Lincoln Star Residence 3 and 4 in Dubai South are due in 2028, and Lincoln Star Residence 5 in Jebel Ali Hills is due in Q2 2029.
