About Lacasa Living
Lacasa Living is the development arm of Lacasa Architects & Engineering Consultants, which brings together more than 400 professionals. It is chaired by Emad Jaber, with Ahmad Jaber as CEO.
In January 2025 it launched its first project, Ola Residences on Al Marjan Island: a AED 200 million building with two basements, seven residential floors and 96 furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments.
In September 2025 the company announced that all 96 units had sold, with handover set for Q1 2027.
