About Cosmo Developments
Cosmo Developments is a joint venture between Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group and is fully managed by Reportage. Andrea Nucera, Group Managing Director of Reportage, is its Managing Director.
Brabus Island was launched in April 2025 with the German car brand Brabus: 352 units in four towers. According to Reportage, sales reached AED 4.2 billion within 48 hours.
In September 2026 Cosmo launched The Wadi, a Dh6 billion mixed-use community of 3,950 homes on about 140,700 sq m along Yas Canal; Property Finder lists its handover for Q4 2030.
