About Confident Group
Confident Group, founded by the late Dr C.J. Roy, is an Indian real estate group with operations in Kerala and Karnataka. It unveiled Confident Lancaster in Dubai in March 2024, marking its 18th anniversary.
Confident Lancaster in Liwan was delivered in June 2024, ahead of schedule according to the group, followed by the 11-storey Confident Preston; both are sold out by the developer.
The group has announced plans for six residential projects in Dubai worth AED 1 billion by 2028, including the 20-storey Confident Adur in Liwan.
