About BEYOND
BEYOND was launched by OMNIYAT Group in 2024 as a development company focused on the wider luxury real estate market. At the launch the group unveiled an 11 million sq ft strategic project in Dubai Maritime City, of which 8 million sq ft is dedicated to BEYOND.
The first projects in the masterplan were Saria, Orise and Sensia — a 36-storey tower with 275 residences, scheduled for Q1 2029 — followed by The Mural and Talea. Soulever, an AED 2.6 billion development with 513 residences in two towers designed by SAOTA and completion planned for Q4 2028, was BEYOND's seventh launch within one year.
Besides the Maritime City masterplan, BEYOND is developing Hado and Siora on Dubai Islands, Passo, Bella and Avita on Palm Jumeirah and Arancia Yards in City of Arabia.
