About Al Ghurair Development
Al Ghurair Development is the evolution of the real estate arm of the Al Ghurair group, founded in 1960, which has developed and managed more than 20,000 residential units and nearly 1,000 hotel and serviced units.
Its first premium project, The Weave in JVC, was designed with architect Joe Adsett and has 130 one- to three-bedroom homes; ground was broken in February 2026, with Turner & Townsend as project manager.
In September 2026 it launched Tessera in Dubai South, townhouse-style apartments designed by Manuel Aires Mateus, due for completion in 2028.
