About Al Barari
Al Barari was founded in 2005 by Zaal Mohammed Zaal as the flagship development of the Zaal Group's property arm. The community lies in Nad Al Sheba, off Emirates Road, and covers about 14.2 million sq ft, of which about 80% is greenery, with more than 14 km of waterways.
The first phase of 189 villas was largely handed over by 2011, followed by The Reserve with 33 villas on large plots. Today the company is led by CEO Hazza Zaal.
Newer clusters and residences include Chorisia, Ixora, Lunaria, Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, The Nest, Les 8, the Leaf mansions and apartment projects The Lofts and The Cape, launched in 2025.
