In October 2024 the venture unveiled The Cliffs, appointing New York architects Kohn Pedersen Fox. The project has an estimated economic value of $1.1 billion on a 185,339 sq ft plot.
The Cliffs comprises two terraced towers shaped like mountain peaks, with every home facing the canal and Safa Park. Construction started in April 2026 and handover is scheduled for Q2 2028.
